Job Focus * Advanced Windows Server administration * Active Directory (including hybrid environments with Azure) * Advanced troubleshooting (outages, critical errors, performance issues) * Management and support in cloud environments (Azure) Key Requirements * Demonstrable L3/L4 support experience * Experience in critical environments or large enterprises * Diagnosis and resolution of complex incidents * Solid knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure Plus / Certifications * AZ\-104 (Azure Administrator) * AZ\-800 / AZ\-801 (Windows Server Hybrid) * AZ\-305 (Solutions Architect) Ideal Candidate A senior professional with an analytical mindset, technical autonomy, and the ability to handle critical escalations.
