




Job Summary: A technical support engineer who provides customer support via electronic means and conducts on-site visits to resolve incidents. Key Highlights: 1. The technical support engineer provides customer support via electronic means, generating reports thereof, and also conducts on-site visits to address incidents. The candidate must hold a degree in Engineering or Computer Systems or a related field. The candidate must possess knowledge of corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment (CPUs, cameras, intercoms, servers, etc.). Preferred knowledge includes: networks, telecommunications, CCTV, video surveillance, configurations, and programming. Valid driver's license required. Salary: Starting at $3,000.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
