




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support professional to verify, repair, and deliver computer equipment, ensure excellent customer service, and assist with general branch operations. Excellent customer service **Technical Support (Equipment Repair)** **We Offer:** * Net monthly salary of **$10,000** * **METRICS BONUS** * Statutory benefits **Schedule**: Monday to Sunday, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science (incomplete) or related technical field * Knowledge of computer equipment verification, repair, and delivery * Experience in technology or computer equipment sales * Proficiency in Excel * HP certifications * Teamwork skills * Knowledge of equipment disassembly, preventive and corrective maintenance Responsibilities: * Perform verification, repair, and delivery of computer equipment * Assist the branch with all general operational tasks (cleaning, reporting, logbooks, inventory) * Track parts (incoming and outgoing from the branch) * Prevent customer complaints filed with PROFECO due to poor service * Provide good customer service * Generate documentation and billing for services rendered (service order, invoice, etc.) **Work Location** Near Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, San Lorenzo, Tlalnepantla.
