




Job Summary: Provide operational and administrative support to the commercial area, ensuring timely follow-up with customers, quotations, and orders to contribute to sales objectives. Internal coordination to ensure sales closure Provide operational and administrative support to the commercial area, ensuring timely follow-up with customers, quotations, and orders, in order to contribute to achieving sales objectives and delivering excellent customer service. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in preparing and sending **q**uotations to customers. * Follow up with prospects and customers (calls, emails, and messages). * Update and maintain customer information in the CRM or database. * Assist in managing and tracking orders, invoicing, and deliveries. * Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, administration) to ensure proper sales closure. * Prepare basic sales reports, commercial follow-up reports, and customer status reports. * Support administrative tasks within the commercial area. * Provide initial customer service and support, properly routing their requests. **Education:** * Technical degree or incomplete/completed bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Business, or related field. **Experience:** * Preferred: 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial support roles. **Knowledge:** * Basic Excel skills (tables, filters, tracking). * Quotation preparation. * Customer service. * Familiarity with administrative systems is preferred. **Competencies and Skills** * Organization and follow-up. * Clear and effective communication. * Customer orientation. * Service-oriented attitude.
