




We are looking for an Administrative Manager to join a recognized organization in the fuel sector. We seek a professional with vision, leadership, and the ability to coordinate administrative processes, provide support to our members, and ensure the efficient operation of the institution. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the organization's daily administrative operations. * Manage documentation, files, databases, and member records. * Administer budgets, control expenses, and oversee billing and collection processes. * Enroll members into the organization. * Attend to and follow up on requests from fuel station members. * Coordinate events, meetings, trainings, and assemblies. * Negotiate with suppliers and manage service contracts. * Prepare reports for General Management/Board of Directors. * Provide support and follow-up to internal departments and external service providers (accounting, digital and network areas, marketing, etc.). * Support on administrative matters related to industry regulations (CRE, SENER, ASEA), desirable. * Others. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Business Management, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles. * Desirable: prior experience in the fuel sector or business associations. * Excellent knowledge of administrative tools and Office suite. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation. * Clear communication, leadership, and ability to work under objectives. * Strong verbal communication skills (essential requirement). Must have own vehicle.
