




Job Summary: We are seeking a Bot Automation and Optimization Specialist to join an advanced project, optimizing and evolving the existing bot. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced automation project 2. The purpose of this role is to join an already-advanced automation project, first gaining a deep understanding of the actual customer service process through direct participation in live calls, and then proceeding to optimize, fine-tune, and evolve the existing bot. - Location: Col. El Mirador - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 | Saturdays, 8:00–15:00 Responsibilities: Phase 1 – Operational Immersion (First 2 months) - Handle and conduct calls with customers. - Listen to and analyze interactions between the bot and real customers. - Identify areas for improvement in responses and conversational flows. - Understand the market, customer objections, and behavior. - Document optimization opportunities. Phase 2 – Optimization and Development - Modify and enhance the bot’s existing programming. - Adjust conversational flows, responses, and logic. - Propose improvements in automation and customer experience. - Research new tools or technological integrations. - Actively participate in the project’s evolution. Profile - Degree in Systems, Computer Science, Development, Engineering, or related field. - Experience in programming or automation (bots, workflows, APIs, conversational logic). - Analytical and structured thinking. - Interest in customer experience and process improvement. - Strong communication skills and willingness to interact with customers. - Proactive profile with ability to take ownership of the project.
