We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Ruckus Engineer to join our team. As a Ruckus Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Ruckus wireless networks for our clients. You will work closely with our cross\-functional team to deliver reliable and high\-performance wireless solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Design and implement Ruckus wireless networks based on clients' requirements. * Perform site surveys to assess wireless coverage and identify potential issues. * Configure and troubleshoot Ruckus wireless controllers, access points, and client devices. * Optimize wireless network performance and recommend improvements. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for wireless network issues. * Collaborate with network engineers and other stakeholders to integrate wireless networks with existing infrastructure. * Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and issues. * Stay up\-to\-date with the latest Ruckus technologies and solutions. **Requirements:** * 3\-5 years of relevant work experience * Previous experiene working with Guestek; preferred * Bachelor's degree in computer science, Network Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Ruckus wireless networks. * Strong knowledge of Ruckus wireless controllers, access points, and client devices. * Experience with wireless network protocols and technologies such as Wi\-Fi 6 (802\.11ax). * Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices. * Excellent problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Relevant certifications such as Ruckus Certified Wireless Engineer (RCWE) are a plus.
