Passion for customer service and support TECHNICIAN FOR COMPUTER AND MOBILE DEVICE REPAIR Branch: MacStore Vía San Angel At MacStore, Mexico’s #1 Apple authorized distributor, we are looking for talent passionate about technology and customer service to join our team. Required Profile Completed high school or technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience repairing computers and mobile devices. Passion for customer service and support. Residence near the work location. Responsibilities Provide first- and second-level technical support to Apple users. Deliver personalized customer service and issue resolution. Follow up on completed service requests. Promote and sell additional services. Meet established performance metrics and indicators. We Offer Base monthly salary: $9,900.00 gross. Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification. Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. Monthly food vouchers: $350. Profit-sharing (approximately 3 months’ worth). Salary increase at the end of the fourth month. Life insurance. Savings fund. Attendance bonus: 12.5% of gross salary (upon permanent hiring). Commissions: 9%–20% on services performed. Schedule Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday off.
