Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics professional to supervise warehouse operations, manage personnel, control inventory, and ensure operational efficiency by applying expertise in warehouse processes and KPIs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and coordination of warehouse operations and operational staff. 2. Inventory management and optimization of warehouse processes. 3. KPI tracking and proposals for improvement in the supply chain. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in: Warehouse / DC Operations Management of operational staff and inventory control, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, WMS), operational KPI management **Knowledge Areas:** * Inventory management (cycle counts, physical counts, FIFO / FEFO) * Warehouse processes: * Receiving * Storage * Picking & Packing * Shipping * Layout and space optimization * Safety and hygiene standards * Document control (delivery notes, invoices, orders) * Key performance indicators (KPIs): * Inventory accuracy * On-Time In-Full (OTIF) service level * Productivity * Fill rate * Core responsibilities: * Supervise inbound and outbound goods flow * Validate documentation against physical goods * Coordinate cycle and physical inventory counts * Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO/FEFO) * Supervise picking and shipping processes * Assign workloads and manage operational team * Monitor KPIs and propose improvements * Prevent operational risks and ensure compliance with safety standards **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) * Life insurance * Annual salary increase * Nutritionist services Salary: $14,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Discounts and preferential pricing * Life insurance * Free uniforms Application Questions: * How many people have you directly supervised in a warehouse setting? * What types of inventories have you managed, and how frequently did you conduct them (cycle counts, physical counts, FIFO/FEFO)? * Which systems have you used for warehouse control (ERP/WMS)?
