We are a great team—and would be delighted to welcome you aboard! **Your responsibilities** **Objective:** Provide technical support and training to production adjusters and operators on production equipment, ensuring compliance with S2QDC objectives, adherence to SST requirements, and application of TKPS. **Key activities:** * Deliver training on operation of production equipment and resolution of process adjustments. * Promote generation and implementation of process improvements. * Provide technical support during production operations for new project development. * Propose improvements to facilitate, optimize, and ensure operational reliability, applying TKPS tools. * Submit technical reports to the shift supervisor / coach upon completion of the production shift. * Train and monitor the performance of operators and adjusters, reporting results. * Participate in the team developing trials for new products, tools, materials, and devices. * Support the production area to cover operator or technician absences at machines. **Your profile** **Profile** Education: Technical degree Experience: 5 years as an adjuster or similar role.
