Main Responsibilities: Technical Maintenance: Perform minor repairs in electricity, plumbing, lighting, and common areas. Infrastructure Preservation: Carry out painting, finishing, carpentry, and masonry work. Operational Support: Assist the maintenance officer, move elevators, equipment, and materials. Safety: Inspect electrical and hydropneumatic panels, pumping systems, and report hazards.
