Job Summary: We are seeking an architect to develop executive projects, perform 3D modeling, coordinate engineering disciplines, and oversee construction, with emphasis on technical solutions and communication. Responsibilities: * Development of executive-level architectural and construction drawings. * 3D modeling and rendering for effective communication of ideas. * Preparation of construction details and technical solutions for the project. * Review and coordination of projects with engineering disciplines (MEP, structural, etc.). * Generation of technical documentation for construction monitoring. * Architectural surveys and updating of "as-built" drawings. * Material quantity take-offs and support in budget preparation. * Communication with suppliers and contractors for technical clarifications.
