(Flexibility and Work-Life Balance)** We value your time outside of work. We operate a **staggered shift system** Monday through Friday, enabling branch operations from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with organized shifts (e.g., 8:30\-5:30, 9:00\-6:00, or 10:00\-7:00\). * **Half-day Saturdays!** We work from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., so your Saturday afternoons and Sundays are entirely yours. **Your main responsibilities:** * High-quality technical assistance and customer service for our clients (biker community). * Sales management and cash handling. * Inventory control and merchandise management. * Counter organization, cleanliness, and product display. * Achievement of monthly sales targets. **What are we looking for in you?** * Genuine enthusiasm for customer service and sales. * Interest in motorcycles (we provide training!). * Basic computer skills. * Organization and responsibility in warehouse and inventory tasks. * Desire to grow with us and learn every day. **Are you interested in joining our team?** Don’t waste time sending emails no one reads. **We want to meet you in person!
