Implement quality management strategies and continuous improvement **QUALITY INSPECTOR** **Mission:** Inspect and verify that all products manufactured by the company are produced according to required quality standards, as specified in procedures and formats established and approved by senior management, which are located across various departments of the company—ensuring efficient management within production processes and products, implementing strategies and policies to achieve quality management and continuous improvement throughout the organization, thereby meeting established requirements. (Metal-Mechanical Industry) * Age: 30–45 years * **Education:** High school diploma or Engineering degree * **Proficiency:** Metal-mechanical processes (welding), reading shop drawings. * **Work location:** Southern Puebla * **Time availability.** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct routine inspections at each production stage to identify deviations, manufacturing defects, or rework requirements, ensuring integrity of equipment and accessories. * Perform and validate technical tests for paint adhesion, thickness, and finish, as well as visual inspection and/or non-destructive testing on welded joints. * Inspect and certify that incoming steel (profiles, sheets, plates) and accessories comply with technical specifications, hardness grades, and supplier quality certificates. * Guarantee that final products meet customer-specific acceptance criteria prior to release. **Skills and Competencies:** * Interpretation of technical drawings. * Use of measuring instruments. * Knowledge of materials: identification of steel types, grades, and gauges. * Basic Office software proficiency. * Attention to detail. * Proactive attitude.
