Job Summary: This position ensures the quality of manufactured products through inspection and verification, guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure product quality at all stages of production. 2. Lead inspection, measurement, and verification of materials. 3. Contribute to compliance with standards and customer satisfaction. Our extensive product portfolio—including towel, tissue, soap, and air freshener dispensers, as well as other bathroom-related products—combined with our high service levels and reputation for innovation, has enabled us to become a market leader. **Job Objective:** Ensure that manufactured products meet established quality specifications through inspection, measurement, and verification of materials and components during the production process and on finished goods, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction and compliance with applicable standards. **Requirements** * Education: High school diploma or technical degree (preferably in quality, industrial processes, or related fields). * Age: 20 to 35 years old. * Experience: 1–2 years in quality inspection within manufacturing industry (preferably plastics or injection molding). * Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in using measuring instruments; basic statistical process control (sampling, recordkeeping); identification of defects in plastic parts (flash, sink marks, deformations, etc.). * Computer skills. **Functions, Activities, and Responsibilities:** * Conduct inspections on raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. * Verify dimensions, appearance, and functionality of plastic parts per drawings and specifications. * Use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.). * Record inspection results on physical or digital forms. * Identify and report deviations or non-conformities. * Approve or reject products based on quality criteria. * Follow up on corrective actions jointly with production and quality departments. * Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001\). * Perform sampling according to inspection plans. * Support internal and external audits. * Maintain order and control of quality records. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary * Food vouchers worth $821\.00 weekly. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Year-end bonus equivalent to 28 days’ salary * Rotating shifts * Vacation premium of 35% * Additional paid rest days beyond statutory requirements * On-site work * Work location: Tlaxcalancingo, San Andrés Cholula.
