If you love cars, enjoy detailing, and aspire to become an expert in automotive painting, this is your opportunity. **Responsibilities:** * Vehicle preparation for painting (sanding, cleaning, and conditioning). * Professional masking and protection of vehicle components. * Support in paint application and finishing processes. * Polishing, detailing, and final finishing of vehicles. * Teamwork to deliver vehicles on time and to a high standard. **Requirements:** * Young candidates aged **18 to 23** eager to learn a trade. * Completed secondary education / high school diploma. * Basic experience (no expertise required—we provide full training). * Basic knowledge of polisher usage. * Interest in the automotive field. * Responsible, proactive attitude with attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Base salary with **weekly payments** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Ongoing training (you start from scratch and specialize over time). * Opportunities for advancement within the workshop. * Stability and development in a high-demand industry.
