Responsibilities: * Assist in **surface preparation** for painting (sanding, cleaning, conditioning). * Perform **taping and protection** of parts prior to the painting process. * Assist in the application of paint and finishing materials under supervision. * Support **polishing, detailing, and final cleaning** of vehicles. * Maintain the work area organized and in optimal condition. * Contribute to meeting delivery deadlines with high-quality standards. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Minimum **1 year of experience as an automotive painting assistant** or in similar processes. * Proficiency in using basic workshop tools. * Interest in learning and developing skills in automotive painting. * Responsible, proactive attitude and attention to detail.
