Job Summary: We are seeking an Information Technology Engineer with SAP certification to oversee the operation of applications—especially SAP S4—and collaborate on digital transformation projects. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in the operation and functionality of critical applications such as SAP S4. 2. Collaboration in improvement and digital transformation projects. 3. Functional and specialized support for SAP modules including MM, PP, SD, and PM. We are currently seeking an Information Technology Engineer with mandatory SAP certification. Objective: Ensure proper operational alignment with the functional requirements of applications used by Grupo CIPSA, especially the SAP S4 system, which is considered the business's Core Application. Provide support for satellite systems related to Finance. Collaborate on improvement initiatives or projects contributing to the digital transformation of the enterprise, delivering benefits to each business unit. **Objectives of the Applications Functional Consulting Position** Regarding Knowledge: * Possess knowledge of processes and best practices in at least one operational area. * Achieve specialized knowledge of at least one module to support BPO/BPL and execute related functional changes and/or enhancements. * Experience in first-level support. * Knowledge of roles and role profiles. Regarding Applications Functional Support (AMS): * Evaluate, prepare, implement, test, and ensure that SAP and other applications within your area of expertise operate according to business requirements. * Assign necessary user access—jointly with BPO/BPL—for operational purposes, ensuring information security/confidentiality. * Meet assigned SLAs for incident and event response and resolution. * Advanced knowledge of SAP MM, SAP PP, SD, PM
