Due to expansion, we require a Regional Manager for a new business model. A retail company seeks a convenience store supervisor. REGIONAL MANAGER FOR BRANCHES * **Sales and KPI Management:** Ensure each branch meets sales targets, design commercial strategies, and guarantee accurate payment processing on platforms. * **Operational Review:** Supervise compliance with standards, store image, value audits, and cyclic inventory control. * **Personnel Management:** Develop, lead, and monitor store managers and cashiers. * **Administrative Procedures:** Review permits (including alcohol sales), cash control, and claims handling. Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics/Administration or Industrial Engineering). * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in the retail sector or convenience store management. * **Skills:** Proficiency in data analysis, leadership, handling objections, and willingness to travel. * **Documentation:** Valid driver’s license Salary: Starting at $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
