Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Director to manage Carl Jr. branches, ensuring compliance with standards, sales optimization, and personnel management. Key Highlights: 1. Manages sales KPIs, shrinkage, inventory, and operational audits. 2. Develops strategies to increase sales and reduce shrinkage. 3. Ensures staff training and proper restaurant operations. We are seeking an Operations Director to manage Carl Jr. branches. **We Offer:** * Base Salary * KPI Bonus * Company Vehicle * VRIM Membership. **Responsibilities** * Management of KPIs (sales, shrinkage, inventory, operational audits, staff turnover, etc.). * Preparation of weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual reports for General Management and Finance. * Development and monitoring of annual budgets. * Ensuring compliance with both brand and franchisee operational standards across all points of sale. * Sales forecasting to reduce shrinkage. * Promotion strategies to increase sales. * Ensuring physical inventory control. * Ensuring staff training and reducing staff turnover. * Management and interpretation of financial and operational indicators (P\&L, income statement, scorecard). * Human Capital Management. * Establishment of Sales Metrics. **Requirements** * Ensuring proper restaurant operations to deliver the best guest service experience and achieve company objectives. * Willingness and ability to travel and manage multiple business units. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within retail, cafés, food service, or related industries. * Valid Driver’s License. **Schedule Availability** * Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with one day off (flexible schedule availability). **Location** * Worksite is not fixed; Carl Jr. Zaragoza.
