Evaluate and develop strategic suppliers Job Description: **Job Objective:** Plan, execute, and control the procurement of goods and services, ensuring timely supply, required quality, regulatory compliance, and cost optimization, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and company profitability. **Academic Qualification:** Technical or Engineering degree in Computer Systems (or related field). **Required Experience** * Minimum 2 years in procurement, supply chain, or supplier negotiation. * Preferred experience in domestic and international procurement. **Technical Skills** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Supplier evaluation, qualification, and development. * Inventory control and management. * ERP system usage (Odoo preferred). * Knowledge of import/export processes. **Key Competencies** * Effective negotiation. * Results-oriented mindset and cost optimization. * Planning and organization. * Clear and assertive communication. * Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration. * Adaptability and problem-solving. **Additional Requirements** * Valid driver's license. **Main Responsibilities** * Comprehensively manage the procurement process for goods and services. * Request, analyze, and compare supplier quotations. * Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery timelines, and quality standards. * Issue and track purchase orders. * Ensure timely supply of materials and services. * Evaluate and develop strategic suppliers. * Control procurement costs and generate efficiencies. * Coordinate with requesting departments to validate requirements. * Prepare procurement reports, KPIs, and savings generated. * Verify inventory levels and manage obsolete stock in warehouse. **Secondary Responsibilities** * Track deliveries and resolve incidents with suppliers. * Manage returns and warranties. * Request documentation and coordinate supplier onboarding. * Maintain up-to-date supplier database. **Working Hours** Monday to Thursday 08:00\-18:00 Friday 08:00\-16:00 **Employment Terms and Benefits** * Base salary aligned with market standards and experience. * Opportunity to earn **commissions** tied to achieving savings targets, favorable supplier negotiations, and supply efficiency. * Statutory benefits and additional company-provided benefits.
