Job Summary: A leading company in the fuel industry is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage invoicing and payment tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 6-month experience in billing 2. Minimum 6 months of experience Availability to work Monday through Saturday Excellent attitude Teamwork skills Knowledge: * Experience with any ERP system * Knowledge of Billing 4\.0 * Basic accounting * Microsoft Office Responsibilities: * Manage invoice cancellations and reissuances * Upload invoices to client portals * Integrate paid invoices into the system * Send invoices to clients for review via portals, email, etc. * Update account status and generate comments regarding overdue customer accounts * Issue payment complements to clients * Track payment receipt, identify payments, and control their application **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits
