Inventory Coordinator

Description

Job Summary: This role involves maintaining control over raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products to ensure predetermined inventory levels and coordinating cycle counts and reconciliations. Key Highlights: 1. Entry-level role requiring 1–2 years of experience in inventory management. 2. Opportunity to analyze inventory discrepancies and implement improvements. 3. Requires proficiency in SAP, Excel (Pivot Tables), and databases. Overview: Use Calibri 18 font here Responsibilities: Under close supervision, maintains control over volumes of raw materials, parts in process and finished products, in order to ensure predetermined level of inventories. Coordinates materials cycle counts and actual inventories vs. systems records conciliation. Entry-level role with 1 to 2 years of experience. Requirements: * Control of inventories of direct and indirect products and raw materials. * Analysis of inventories in SAP vs. physical counts * Perform Improvement Actions * Perform procedures or improve existing ones, aligned to control or reduce variations. * Ensuring the reliability of inventory in SAP * Cyclical stock programming and Monthly reporting * Request for changes to the BOM in the SAP system **Knowledge** \- Excel, Databases, Pivot Tables, SAP **Education** \- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field. **Experience** 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory management, SAP System, and Pivot Tables in Excel. **LIXIL Competencies** \- Visionary, Risk Taker, Innovative, Adaptable, Committed, Generates Trust, Talent Developer, Collaborator, Inspiring, Responsible.
