




Job Summary: Responsible for measuring operation times, evaluating quality, and developing, implementing, and monitoring skill-based training and certification systems for operational staff. Interdisciplinary collaboration for operational improvement Job Objective Responsible for measuring operation times, evaluating the quality of production processes, and developing, implementing, and monitoring the operational staff’s skill-based training and certification system, ensuring process standardization and continuous performance improvement. Main Responsibilities * Conduct time and motion studies in production operations. * Evaluate the quality of produced parts and identify improvement opportunities. * Develop and update the training matrix by process and skill level. * Coordinate and execute technical training programs for operators. * Certify skills according to the level scheme (New Hire, Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, Trainer). * Monitor operator progress and development plans. * Standardize work methods and operating instructions. * Support reduction of rework, scrap, and process variations. * Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering on operational improvements. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during training. * Generate reports on training, productivity, and performance indicators. Education * Technical degree, TSU, or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Processes, or related field. Experience * Experience in production processes (preferably automotive). * Experience in operational training or technical instruction. * Knowledge of time and motion studies. * Knowledge of production process quality. Desirable Knowledge * Training methodologies (TWI, ILUO, or similar). * Lean Manufacturing. * Continuous improvement tools. * Interpretation of work instructions.
