Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented individual to assist customers, advise on products, handle payments, and maintain the store. Key Highlights: 1. Point-of-sale maintenance and resolution of inquiries We seek a proactive, honest, and highly customer-focused individual to join our team. You will be the first point of contact with our customers, responsible for delivering excellent service, advising on our products, processing payments, and ensuring the store remains immaculate and well-organized. Key Requirement: We seek candidates residing near the work location (or with convenient transportation access) to ensure commuting comfort and punctuality for store opening.(Forjadores or Romero Vargas . ​ Main Responsibilities * ​**Customer Service and Advisory:** Greet each visitor warmly, identify their needs, recommend suitable products, and explain their features and benefits. * ​**Sales and Cash Handling:** Execute the full sales process (cash register operation, cash or card terminal payments, issuance of receipts or invoices, and merchandise delivery). * ​**Inventory Control and Merchandise Display:** Arrange and display merchandise on shelves and counters following standards of order and cleanliness. Assist in inventory counts and report missing items. * ​**Point-of-Sale Maintenance:** Keep the counter area, entrance, and display zones clean and organized to uphold the business’s professional image. * ​**Handling Inquiries and Complaints:** Resolve customer inquiries courteously and efficiently escalate any issues or complaints to the store supervisor. ​ Required Profile * ​**Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year in customer service, counter sales, or cash handling (preferred but attitude is valued). * ​**Education:** Completed high school or secondary education. * ​**Basic Technical Skills:** Computer proficiency, ability to quickly learn point-of-sale (POS) systems, and basic arithmetic skills. * ​**Key Qualities:** * ​Honesty and punctuality. * ​Strong verbal communication and empathy. * ​Professional appearance and service-oriented attitude. * ​Ability to work collaboratively and meet sales targets. ​ Salary: $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Relocation/commuting capability: * 72150, Independencia, Pue.: Ability to commute to work without difficulty or plan relocation before starting employment (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
