Location: * **Work Area:** **El Carmen Neighborhood, Puebla, Pue.** What profile are we seeking? * **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Mandatory). * **Experience:** Knowledge of procedures with Urban Development authorities, site plans, location sketches, and UTM coordinate handling. * **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD** and the **PUAM** platform. * **Skills:** Excellent writing, spelling, and analytical abilities. We seek someone with strong service orientation, honesty, and proactivity in client support. Your main responsibilities: * Comprehensive management of procedures (land use, alignment, official numbers, permits, and construction completions). * Preparation and compilation of technical files for government agencies (CONAGUA, Civil Protection, Cadastre, etc.). * Review of topographic surveys and identification of real estate properties. * Drafting of official correspondence and in-person follow-up at external agencies.
