Job Summary: Responsible for documentation, technical change tracking, design review, 3D modeling, engineering analysis, and support in component development and problem resolution. Key Responsibilities: 1. 3D Modeling and Engineering Analysis (CREO/CATIA V5) 2. Technical Development Support and Problem Resolution 3. Failure Analysis and Test Tracking Documentation and technical change tracking; ensuring technical lists (ECA). * Review of drawings for technical proposals and documentation (LAH). * Creation and modification of 3D models and drawings (CREO/CATIA V5); DMU analysis and generation of views/sketches. * Perform finite element analysis on components requiring it, e.g., supports. * Create and/or modify PDMs using VMP; release drawings in KVS. * Track development and delivery of engine/hybrid/electric components. * Support for serial production issues and solution proposals (obsolete materials, overconsumption, alternative parts). * Savings Program: idea generation, implementation tracking, and control. * Organization and documentation of follow-up meetings; preparation of status and financial reports. * Server/control table administration; IT resource control and management. * Component tracking before, during, and after testing; generation of statistics and reporting/escalation of results. * Analysis of measurements and experiments; release recommendations. * Monitoring and status reporting for test benches, functional/durability/laboratory/special tests. * Communication with suppliers (analysis and reporting). * Failure Analysis: diagnosis, root cause, and corrective actions. * Logistics for acquisition, collection, transportation, and shipment of components (internal, domestic, and international).
