### **Description** We are looking for a **Sales Manager** with proven experience in **consultative sales**, **leading and developing sales teams**, capable of ensuring sales goals are met and leading strategies that drive company growth. Our clients are primarily **corporate and industrial businesses** that need to equip new workspaces or remodel their facilities. These are **consultative sales**, involving long cycles and constant attention. The ideal candidate will have the ability to **lead teams of 4 to 8 sales executives**, generate new opportunities, retain existing customers, and position our brand in the office furniture market. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise the sales team, setting clear objectives and providing continuous feedback. * Design and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Analyze sales metrics and propose improvements to ensure sustained growth. * Develop strong relationships with customers and prospects. * Continuously motivate and train the team. ### **Requirements** * Completed bachelor's degree in Commerce, International Business, or Marketing. * Minimum of **5 years of experience leading consultative sales teams** with proven results. * Stable and progressive career history. * Strong negotiation and corporate-level sales skills. * Proficiency in CRM tools and performance analysis. * Availability for intensive training lasting 2 to 3 months in **Aguascalientes**. * Full willingness to relocate if required by the company. ### **We Offer** * Base salary \+ commission scheme (approx $15,000 monthly) \+ quarterly bonus of up to $75,000 * **Quarterly bonus for achieving targets.** * Intensive training program and ongoing support. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Dynamic, challenging, and collaborative work environment.
