We are looking for a **Draftsman** or **Higher Technician in Building Projects** to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing technical drawings and graphic documentation for construction projects, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and consistency with architectural and structural designs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare architectural, structural, electrical, hydraulic, and finish drawings. * Interpret sketches and conceptual drawings provided by architects or engineers. * Use software such as **AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp** for design and modeling. * Ensure drawings comply with construction and safety regulations. * Collaborate with the site team on drawing adjustments and follow-up. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or training in **Building Projects**, **Technical Drawing**, **Architecture**, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in creating building technical drawings. * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD** (Revit or BIM is desirable). * Knowledge of regulations and graphic representation. * Responsible, organized attitude and results-oriented. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $10,000 (weekly payments). * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and professional environment. * Opportunities for growth and technical learning.
