We are a company specializing in administration and construction projects, seeking an **Operational Assistant** with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to support operational supervision, technical review, and field visits for projects related to sanitary landfill operations. This position targets individuals eager to learn, gain field experience, and assist in technical and operational activities related to site infrastructure and operations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering** or **Architecture** (internship candidate, nearing graduation, or recent graduate). * Basic knowledge of **reading and interpreting construction drawings**. * Availability to conduct **field visits**. * Interest in learning about environmental infrastructure operations. * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite**. * Basic or intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software (preferred). **Responsibilities:** * Support **on-site supervision visits** within the sanitary landfill. * Review and interpret **construction drawings and technical documentation**. * Assist with field surveys and verification of on-site conditions. * Prepare technical reports and supervision records. * Monitor operational and maintenance activities on-site. * Support technical and administrative project documentation. **Personal Competencies:** * Willingness to learn. * Responsibility and organization. * Strong observational skills in the field. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. **Working Conditions:** * 8-hour workday, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Lunch break. * Proactive work environment with opportunities to grow within the team.
