




Design, coordinate, and supervise architectural solutions that efficiently integrate hydraulic systems, ensuring functionality, regulatory compliance, space optimization, and technical feasibility for each project. * **Architectural review and design** aligned with hydraulic installation requirements (potable water networks, drainage, stormwater, gas, pumping equipment, mechanical rooms, water tanks, etc.). * **Detail and update architectural drawings** to ensure compatibility with hydraulic and sanitary engineering disciplines. * **Coordinate with engineers** (hydraulic, electrical, structural) to prevent on-site conflicts and optimize piping routes. * **Prepare quotations and cost estimates** related to spaces, materials, access, and equipment maintainability. * **Site visits** to verify progress, resolve interferences, and make field adjustments when necessary. * **Validate regulatory compliance** (NOM standards, building codes, safety and installation standards). * **Present technical and architectural proposals** to clients, supported by sound arguments regarding feasibility and costs. * **Document control**: drawings, descriptive reports, concept catalogs, and supervision reports. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * Minimum **2–3 years** of experience in construction companies, civil works, installations, or technical consulting firms. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, Revit (preferred), and modeling software. * Knowledge of **NOM standards applicable to hydraulic and sanitary installations**. * Ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic drawings. * Capacity to solve on-site problems under pressure with sound technical judgment.
