Both will work in a complementary manner and must support the team according to project needs. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture or Interior Design**. * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, V\-Ray, Lumion, or similar). * **Desirable:** experience in technical drawings and/or design of **carpentry and furniture**. * Aesthetic sense and attention to detail. * Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. **1\. Architect / Interior Designer – Renderer** **Responsibilities** * Creation of high\-quality photorealistic renders for client presentations. * 3D modeling and visualization of furniture and interior spaces. * Development of technical drawings using **AutoCAD**. * Support and coordination with the team in project follow\-up. **2\.
