Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing, calculating, and managing payroll, ensuring tax and labor compliance, and supporting the improvement of administrative processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive calculation and management of weekly/biweekly payroll. 2. Handling payroll incidents and compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAR. 3. Support in administrative and accounting processes. **Functions and Responsibilities A. Payroll** * Prepare and calculate weekly/biweekly payroll for administrative and operational staff. * Calculate earnings, deductions, severance payments, and settlements. * Monitor payroll incidents (absences, tardiness, overtime, commissions, bonuses). * Generate payroll receipts and ensure proper electronic invoicing (CFDI). * Manage employee registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications with IMSS. * Calculate employer-employee contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAR). * Track INFONAVIT loans and corresponding deductions. * Prepare payroll reports for the administrative department and management. * Maintain up-to-date personnel files. * Support integration of information for tax and labor compliance. * Control payroll-related payments. * Support improvement of administrative and accounting processes. **Knowledge Requirements** * Federal Labor Law * Social Security Law * Payroll and tax calculations * General accounting * Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, SAT systems * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll calculation and accounting records (preferred). * Preferred age range: 25 to 30 years Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
