*TRAFFIC COORDINATOR* *ACTIVITIES:* Provide logistical follow-up for units assigned to operations, meeting transit times established by the client and the company, delivering quality service based on rules set by the client and Supertrack. *FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* 1. Confirm actual appointments with operators as well as any changes thereto. 2. Dispatch trips. 3. Monitor timely arrivals for loading and unloading of units. 4. Report any incidents occurring during the trip. 5. Request diesel fuel for units that require it. 6. Generate expenses. 7. Follow up on unloading (documents, returns, rejections) for timely reporting. 8. Receive and review documents and expenses upon trip completion. 9. Prepare service circle report and unit status updates. 10. Trip stamping. 11. Review trip assignment reports. 12. Deliver documents to the Operations Manager, including waybills and proof of value receipts. 13.
