Position Summary: Implements and evolves digital channels to increase the profitability and market share of products and services. Key Highlights: 1. Executes strategies for continuous improvement and digital growth of channels 2. Monitors channel performance by defining KPIs for development strategies 3. Evaluates industry options and institutional and customer needs ### **Purpose of the Position** Implement the strategy and evolution of digital channels (App, Electronic Banking, ATMs) in accordance with internal processes, enabling increased profitability and market share of offered products and services. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Execute strategies for the development of various channels to ensure continuous improvement processes and digital growth. * Monitor channel performance by defining KPIs to generate development strategies. * Evaluate existing options in the industry, institution, and customer segments. * Supervise existing industry options and needs presented by Libertad and its customers. ### **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administration, Engineering, or Actuarial Science. **Experience:** * 2 years of experience in project monitoring and supplier management. * Knowledge of the financial sector and payment methods (ATM, App, Fintech industry, electronic banking), awareness of technological trends in the sector, and sensitivity to UX topics. ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Professional development opportunities * Excellent working environment ### **Apply Now** If you are interested in developing your career in the audit area and becoming part of a strategic team, we look forward to receiving your application!
