You’ll find us in automotive factories, packaging systems for the food industry, medical devices and laboratories. **Job Description** Plan, develop, update, and optimize warehouse operation methods and processes, such as receiving, picking, storage, and shipping, fulfilling safety, quality, quantity, timeliness, and cost requirements within the logistics area, primarily under Industry 4\.0 concepts. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and optimize the logistics structure of raw material warehouses, finished goods warehouses, material receiving areas, kitting, and picking areas, in accordance with Bosch’s principles, tools, and objectives. * Permanently standardize and apply statistical techniques, Kaizen tools, and Industry 4\.0 in warehouse administrative and operational functions. * Improve the internal pull system for components and finished goods; establishing supermarkets and cross-docking must primarily reflect increases in materials, personnel, and equipment. * Lead logistics optimization, Industry 4\.0, and SAP projects. **Qualifications** Education: Industrial Engineering or related field. Experience in: * In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations (goods receipt, order picking, packing, and shipping) and inventory management. * Configuration or support in configuring warehouse management (WM) strategies, storage type searches, and movement type configurations. * End-user support and incident management related to SAP WM within technical support services. * Development and maintenance of user training documentation and procedures.
