Position Objective: Ensure proper food preparation following recipes, quality standards, hygiene requirements, and established service timing, always maintaining a clean and organized work area. Main Responsibilities: * Prepare food according to recipes, portion sizes, and restaurant guidelines. * Perform mise en place and ensure ingredients are ready before each shift. * Keep the kitchen, workstations, utensils, equipment, and common areas clean and organized. * Properly wash, disinfect, and store utensils, materials, and supplies. * Verify the quality and freshness of food and ingredients. * Apply hygiene, food handling, and kitchen safety standards. * Assist with inventory management, receipt, and storage of products. * Adhere to food preparation and order delivery timelines. * Work collaboratively to ensure efficient and high-quality service. * Report shortages, damages, waste, or any incidents occurring in the kitchen.
