Key responsibilities: \* Selection of new personnel for the kitchen area. \* Training and development of team members’ talent. \* Inventory control and management. \* Costing. \* Evaluation of the kitchen team. \* Creation and implementation of improvement strategies. \* Ensuring adherence to good hygiene practices in food handling. \* General supervision and control of the kitchen. \* Development of new dishes.
