Responsibilities include large-volume food production, cleaning utensils, being present in the kitchen during service hours, delivering products, cleaning work areas, and—depending on your skills—training across various departments, as ASSISTANT KITCHEN MANAGERS. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with two rotating shifts time slots: 6:30 am–4:30 pm and 11:00 am–9:00 pm Two Saturdays per month, 8:00 am–4:00 pm (paid as overtime).
