Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Gold Appraiser with expertise in precious metals to provide personalized customer service, promote pawn loans, and manage the loan portfolio. Join one of Mexico’s most solid and recognized SOFIPOs! **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide personalized in-branch customer service. * Conduct gold and precious metals appraisals. * Promote pawn loans. * Prepare contracts and follow up on customer portfolios. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in gold appraisal or pawnbroking. * Completed high school diploma (technical degree preferred). * Sales and customer service skills. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. * Residency or ability to work in the central area of Querétaro. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary: $9,500\.00 per month. * Food allowance: $1,000\.00 per month. * Attractive monthly commissions (no cap). * Statutory benefits from day one. * Ongoing training and growth opportunities. * Excellent working environment.
