**YOUR MISSION AS STORE MANAGER** You will be the strategic driver of our store, with the mission to maximize sales, deliver a memorable customer experience, and lead with empathy and determination. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES **Sales \& Customer Experience** * Design and implement sales strategies aligned with monthly goals. * Build customer loyalty through personalized, warm, and memorable service. * Monitor and analyze KPIs: daily revenue, average ticket, conversion rate, etc. **Team Leadership** * Coordinate, motivate, and train the team to achieve targets. * Foster a positive, collaborative work environment aligned with our values. **Operational Management** * Manage returns and exchanges on Shopify and track online orders. * Accurately document and manage damages, gifting actions, and incidents. * Ensure compliance with internal processes and store visual standards. **Strategy and Collaboration** * Collaborate with the communications team to launch local campaigns. * Provide ideas and feedback to improve processes and strengthen the brand. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Minimum 3 years of experience as Store Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion/premium brands. * Passion for fashion, knowledge of trends, and attention to detail. * Excellent sales, leadership, and communication skills. * Decisive, organized, proactive person with a results-oriented mindset. * Intermediate or higher level of English. * Familiarity with digital tools (Shopify, Google Drive...). * Bonus: Previous experience in luxury brands.
