This is your opportunity! We are expanding our team and seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead industrialization and automation projects in the automotive industry, with responsibility for multidisciplinary teams, financial control, and regulatory compliance. The position is based in Querétaro. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? * Lead and motivate technical teams and service advisors, creating a proactive, productive, and positive environment. * Resolve conflicts and ensure compliance with safety protocols, laws, and applicable regulations. * Manage and optimize cash flow and control costs according to work budgets. * Monitor project KPIs: milestones, execution of intermediate stages, delivery deadlines, and customer satisfaction. * Identify areas for improvement in timelines and cost reduction, as well as opportunities for project expansion to increase revenue. * Control purchasing operations to detect delays, bottlenecks, and optimize cash flow. * Supervise mechanical design stages, customer approvals, and issuance of PRs and POs, ensuring traceability and compliance. What are we looking for? * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (specialization in automation, mechanics, electronics, or electrical engineering). * Minimum of 5\-6 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive sector, leading industrialization and automation projects. * Practical knowledge of industrial processes and solid understanding of quality management systems and automotive industry regulations. * Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, planning, organization, and decision-making. * Bilingual Spanish / English. * Availability for national and international travel.
