




**Position Objective:** Coordinate and ensure proper management of alcohol licenses through constant updating of the alcohol license registry within company systems. Ensure operational continuity for client businesses as well as SIX stores. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and manage procedures for alcoholic beverage sales licenses with authorities, such as payment of renewals, address changes, business activity changes, ownership transfers, etc. Coordinate and advise on the feasibility of placing alcohol licenses at sales points, taking into account restrictions and regulatory guidelines. Ensure proper administration of the company's alcoholic beverage license registry, being responsible for data quality in systems (Olimpo and SAP). Coordinate and align with functional departments regarding the required operating permits that will compose the files needed to process and obtain an alcohol license. Analyze fines to determine corrective and preventive actions. Manage monthly productivity reports on licenses to maintain an updated and reliable registry. **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field **Experience:** +1 year in regulatory compliance and licensing services.
