Main Responsibilities Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities of credit, identifying their needs to sell consumer credit. Promote cross-selling and grow the customer portfolio with quality, creating long-term relationships. Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. Cambaceo: product promotion outside the point of sale. Clean, organize, and arrange work areas; assist in warehouse organization, support cyclic inventories, place POP materials and labels according to the defined layout. Follow the customer service process: host role, greeting, advisory, closing, and ensuring the best in-person experience for customers. Requirements Strong communication skills. One year of sales experience, preferably in retail. Knowledge of credit sales. Enjoy customer interaction. Experience in field customer prospecting activities/cambaceo. Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. Honesty throughout the sales process. Value Proposition Starting fixed salary: $1,500 weekly. Commissions up to $8,000 weekly.
