Positive work environment and growth opportunities At **BDMX Incoming**, a DMC specialized in customized travel experiences in Mexico for international B2B clients, we are looking for an organized, empathetic, and solution-oriented individual to join our **Travel Operations \& Customer Experience** team. This position combines customer service, tourism operations, and supplier coordination. The candidate will be responsible for supporting clients before and during their trip, tracking services, resolving operational incidents, and assisting in the proper coordination of destination experiences. **Main Responsibilities** * Respond to WhatsApp, phone, and operational email during assigned shift. * Follow up with clients before and during their trip. * Coordinate with hotels, guides, transport providers, and other suppliers. * Reconfirm services, pickup times, and logistical details. * Resolve operational incidents and escalate critical cases when necessary. * Document pending items, cases, and solutions in the internal system. * Conduct handover with the other shift. * Participate in rotating on-call shifts outside regular hours. **Requirements** * Residency in **Querétaro, Cancún, Playa del Carmen, or Mexico City**. * Availability to work in a **hybrid** mode. * Experience in tourism, hospitality, travel agencies, concierge services, DMCs, operations, or customer service. * Excellent customer service skills and professional communication. * Fluent English. * German is desirable. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to solve problems under pressure. * Proficiency with digital tools, email, and WhatsApp. * Availability for part-time work and participation in compensated rotating on-call shifts. **Schedule** We aim to cover two part-time shifts: **Morning shift:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–14:00 hrs **Afternoon shift:** Monday to Friday, 13:00–19:00 hrs **We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of $12,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits. * Attractive bonuses for on-call shifts and KPI achievement. * Part-time position at a DMC with an international team. * Hybrid work model. * Dynamic work with international clients. * Training on internal processes. * Structured schedule. * Organized and compensated on-call shifts. * Positive work environment and growth opportunities.
