* Basic proficiency with digital platforms:
Automotive CRM systems (AutoForce, CarSync, SIGA, or similar).
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), email, and social media for sales.
* Basic knowledge of financing, leasing, and automotive insurance options (desirable).
* Ability to work under monthly targets with a results-focused approach and attention to key metrics (sales, prospecting, closures).
* Valid driver's license and availability to work Monday through Saturday.
