Job Summary: Contributions and Payroll Analyst with experience in managing processes before IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN, payroll calculation, and tax compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of contributions and taxes (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN, etc.) 2. Calculation and electronic stamping (timbrado) of weekly, biweekly, and semimonthly payrolls 3. Experience in internal and external audits, and SAP system handling **Contributions Analyst Responsibilities:** * Management of employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with IMSS * Ensuring timely and accurate calculation and payment processes for IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN, etc., in accordance with current legal and tax regulations * Responding to information requests from external auditors for issuing IMSS and INFONAVIT audit opinions * Preparing SUA calculation payment requests and following up until payment is confirmed and documented with the Accounts Payable and Treasury departments * Managing submission of quarterly ICSOE (IMSS) and SISUB (INFONAVIT) declarations * Calculating and paying local taxes across all entities * Monthly and annual reconciliation of paid contributions and taxes versus the accounting trial balance * Ensuring REPSE-related activities compliance **Payroll Analyst Responsibilities:** * Calculation of weekly, biweekly, and semimonthly payrolls * Compilation of working papers * Validation of payroll accumulations * Accounting reconciliations of payroll accounts (Salaries and Wages) * Calculating and paying local taxes across all entities * Ensuring payroll electronic stamping (timbrado) and its reconciliation against payments and SAT’s database * Compilation of working papers for internal and external audits **Years of Required Experience:** 3\-5 years **Required Industry Experience:** Preferably transportation and logistics; manufacturing; automotive; *retail* **Previous Company Size:** Companies with more than 5,000 employees **Required Experience:** Contributions and tax processes; management of employee registration, termination, modification, and payroll processes **Required Knowledge:** Knowledge of the Income Tax Law (Ley de ISR), IMSS and INFONAVIT Laws, Federal Labor Law, etc.; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; ERP SAP knowledge; ability to resolve issues related to external audits conducted by local and federal authorities
