Responsibilities: * Deliver practical on-the-job or online training to ensure application of learned concepts. * Provide in-person support at branches with red-flag trends, assisting in activities related to proper product development, generation, and placement. * Deliver company-established training manuals and programs. * Evaluate employees at critical stages, such as zero placement, position change, new hire onboarding, or promotion. * Schedule online courses, monitor progress, and assign employees to branches for commencement of activities and work plans. Requirements: * Prior experience as a training instructor or in similar roles. * In-depth knowledge of processes and procedures related to the position. * Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Willingness to travel and work across different branches as required. * Proficiency in digital platforms for course delivery. * Moodle proficiency. * Mandatory Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint/Visio/Excel, etc. If you are ready to join a dynamic team and contribute to our company’s success, we look forward to receiving your application!
