Specialization or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Human Resources, or related fields (preferred). Advanced English—Mandatory **Work Experience:** * Minimum 6 years in similar roles within the automotive sector. * Experience managing training and personnel development programs. **Knowledge:** * Automotive manufacturing processes. * IATF 16949, ISO 14001 certifications. * Training tools and methodologies (DC-3, e-learning, blended learning, etc.). * Learning management and administration software. * Needs assessment techniques and training effectiveness evaluation methods. * Knowledge of and compliance with legal regulations applicable to training and development. * Advanced proficiency in CORNERSTONE. **Additional Information** **On-site work availability required**
