Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Purpose of the Position: Ensure that staff and partners fulfill their operational and strategic responsibilities, identify opportunities for improvement in performance, structure, and processes, and strengthen the corporate culture of accountability, efficiency, and development. The company has a team of 9 people. Main Responsibilities: Verify compliance with staff duties and responsibilities. Measure performance using objective indicators. Identify deviations and propose corrective action plans. Document processes and responsibilities by position. Organizational assessment: analyze team efficiency and workload distribution. Propose improvements to structure, roles, or processes. Talent management: assess staff capabilities and skills. Identify training needs. Propose professional development plans. Support recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation processes. Partner and leadership follow-up Verify that partners fulfill their operational and strategic responsibilities. Generate compliance and organizational performance reports. Facilitate internal improvement agreements. Workplace climate and culture: detect internal conflicts; strengthen communication and collaboration; promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the client’s premises, with possibility of hybrid work after training.
